FR: Ce stage de 2 semaines fut l’occasion de confronter mes connaissances et mon utilisation des techniques de fabrication automatique avec la réalité de leur utilisation en milieu industriel. Cette petite entreprise est spécialisée dans la fabrication de coque de bateaux.
J’ai été chargé de la fabrication d’un moule en mousse polyuréthane qui servira à la fabrication de la carrosserie d’un kart. Il fut alors intéressant de mettre en pratique ce qui restait pour moi des expérimentations réalisées dans un cadre universitaire avec les exigences d’une production industrielle.
EN: This 2-week internship was the occasion to confront my use of the robotic fabrication with the reality of industrial production. This little modeling company is specialized in the fabrication of boat’s hull. Such products implies a considerable level of precision and automation.
I had the responsibility of a project for a karting hull. This allowed me to work on geometrical rationaliza-tion. This was also an opportunity to understand the differences between the experimental use of such automated tools and their use in a productive indus-trial environment.
